-Spirit of Good Health: A Holistic Wellness Fair, this is a gathering of practitioners who work in the Greater Rochester community, providing therapies that compliment conventional medicine and treatments. Examples of topics to be discussed on the show: An introduction to basic meditation techniques, and inspirational thoughts on compassionate and contemplative living, how essential oils help patients battle diseases like cancer, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, etc.

Dr. Mustian is an international expert on mind-body interventions for cancer patients and survivors. She has just published a study in the Journal of Clinical Oncology showing yoga practice helps cancer survivors sleep better and take less sleep medication. She's also done research on the effects of Tai Chi, Polarity Therapy, and massage. Among her many titles -- she is Director of the URMC Physical Exercise, Activity and Kinesiology Clinical Research Lab and Chair of the National Cancer Institute Symptom Management and Quality of Life Committee.

Ken Michael will discuss the latest IT security threats, such as the fact that lost laptops and memory sticks — not malware — are today’s top security issues. He also will detail how companies can make smart security decisions.
