Information for Donors:
The annual WXXI Auction is one of the most anticipated events in the Rochester area. The auction is a community institution that provides a unique and highly visible way to demonstrate community support while reaching a targeted audience.
How Do Donors Get Involved?
Donors may make a donation for the auction by contacting auction@wxxi.org or calling 585-258-0357 or filling in the online auction donor form. This is a wonderful opportunity to support public broadcasting and have your business highlighted on the WXXI Auction web site, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day during the Auction event.

Why is the Auction Online? WXXI took its Auction online in 2001, making auction items available to the public 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. This online portion of the fundraiser was well-received by WXXI's audience, increasing proceeds over the traditional auction. WXXI received two PBS Development Awards that year in recognition of its innovative online approach.
TV and Radio Auction Programming & Spots: Auction Kick-Off television programs highlight items available for bidding. During the Auction, television and radio spots feature items that will be closing soon to remind the community to get involved as bidders and supporters of WXXI.
