Resonanz

Resonanz will perform songs from their June 7th Rochester Sings concert at Hochstein Performance Hall, which celebrated the centennial of Rochester's weekly Friday Sings. Designed to promote tolerance, understanding, community spirit and constructive enjoyment through voices lifted in song, the last Friday Sings event was on June 7, 1912 with selections from the Rochester Songbook. Artist director Eric Townell and members of the choir will share more details about these popular Friday Sings events, and why they wanted to recreate one. Julia Figueras welcomes Resonanz, the chamber choir of the Rochester Oratorio Society to Backstage Pass on Friday, June 8 at 1 p.m. on Classical 91.5/FM-HD 91.5-1.
