Busy times for WXXI Radio

I hope you had a chance to listen to the live broadcast of the RPO's Carnegie Hall concert on May 7th. Classical 91.5 was the only place you could have heard it in Rochester and the response has been nothing short of overwhelming — both for the performance and the presentation on WXXI-FM. As a result, we have had many requests for CDs or rebroadcasts of the RPO performance.

Jerry Springer: The Opera

The Jerry Springer show -- that mesmerizing, down-market, slugfest -- has inspired an opera, and the first reviews are in: it’s good.

In today’s New York Times, Ben Brantley writes:
