Guest Bio: Jean-Claude Brizard has been Superintendent of Rochester Schools since January 2, 2008. His experience includes 21 years in the New York City Department of Education. Before coming to Rochester, he was a Regional Superintendent in New York City, overseeing more than 100 K-12 schools serving more than 100,000 students.
