Tune in to AM1370/FM-HD91.5 on Tuesday, September 1 at 12 noon for a special issue of 1370 Connection when host Bob Smith is joined by Rochester City School Board President Malik Evans for a discussion on policy and financial issues. Then in the second hour, Smith meets up with Rochester City School Superintendent Jean-Claude Brizard and District Security Director James Sheppard to discuss school discipline and child behavior, and talk about a new report released on discipline in the schools.
