In San Jose, ANTIQUES ROADSHOW host Mark L. Walberg and appraiser Bruce Shackelford meet up at the historic Fallon House to examine works by prolific Western painter Astley David Middleton Cooper. A guest brings in a painting entitled The Wet Nurse , by the German genre painter Carl Herpfer. Appraiser Nan Chisholm marvels at his technique and assigns the painting a value of $80,000.
