If you love her on America's Test Kitchen, you'll love her in person!
Julia Collin-Davis, from America's Test Kitchen, visit WXXI's studios on Satruday, October 23 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to share stories about the series, take questions from the audience, and make a special dish of stir-fry shrimp with snow peas and red bell peppers in a hot and sour sauce. One lucky member of the studio audience will be chosen at random to be Julia's assistant for the demo! She'll also share her favorite cooking gadgets, conduct a mini chocolate tasting, and sign cook books. The event is co-sponsored by Palmer Food Services, who will be providing a gorgeous spread of treats to enjoy. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased by calling (585) 258-0200.
