“WXXI is one of the things that makes living in Rochester so great!” - WXXI Listeners & Supporters Lawrence & Margo

WXXI’s news service seems to be resonating throughout our community. If you were one of the many individuals who pledged their support during our February Radio Membership Drive, thank you! We heard from many listeners during the week about how they value the fair, balanced and trustworthy reporting they get from WXXI and NPR – now more than ever.

In addition to Lawrence and Margo's comment above, here's what a few others had to say when they called in to pledge their support:

“I have been a long time NPR Listener and wanted to support the excellent programming. It is more important than ever to stay informed about the news. I feel that NPR/WXXI gives a clear and unbiased view of the world.” Holly from Rochester

“I’ve never appreciated honest and reliable news sources more than I do right now. Thank you!” Katie from Webster

“I’m committed to supporting public access to actual, fact-based news.” Edward from Pittsford

We are proud to be the place you can turn, to get all sides of the story and in-depth analysis that helps you make up your mind on important issues. WXXI, NPR and the PBS NewsHour strive to provide the news and information that makes us an indispensible part of your life.
