Regional Economist Declares Recession Over
M & T Bank regional economist Gary Keith appeared at the State of Rochester's Economy luncheon Friday afternoon.Keith told the audience that the recession is over, and things will slowly start to improve. Despite that news, he cautioned that the unemployment rate will continue to rise for several more months.
