Class Action Lawsuit Over Childcare Costs

The Empire Justice Center is filing a class action lawsuit against New York State on behalf of low-income families who receive subsidized child care.

The Center says it's not fair families in Monroe County have larger co-pays than families in neighboring counties, and blame the state for not setting firmer regulations.
