Center City Initiative To Get Funding

Tonight, Rochester City Council is expected to accept state funds to kickstart the series of projects.

The Center City initiative is designed to preserve historic buildings, while creating new condominiums, rental units, and commercial space in downtown Rochester. WXXI's Carlet Cleare reports on All Things Considered Monday.
