City Council President on WXXI's 1370 Connection

Rochester City Council President Lovely Warren answered questions about the plan for succeeding outgoing Mayor Robert Duffy.

City Council needs to decide whether to appoint a temporary mayor followed by a general election later in 2011 or call for a special election to complete the remaining years on Duffy's term. That special election would be held shortly after Duffy leaves City Hall for his new job at Lieutenant Governor on January 1.
