NY Storm Recovery Costs Estimated at $1 Billion

Governor Andrew Cuomo, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and FEMA Director Craig Fugate surveyed the damage in eastern New York amid promises to deliver aid quickly.

WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt was with the governor in Prattsville, NY.
