Cuomo: Property Tax Cap Not an Obstacle to Raising Funds for Flood Clean Up

Governor Andrew Cuomo says he does not think the 2% property tax cap enacted into law earlier this year will put a damper on local governments' efforts to raise funds to clean up flood damage from tropical storm Irene.

WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports the governor says he doesn't yet know how much the state will have to pay for its share of rebuilding.
