Cuomo Asks for More Federal Funds, Waivers for Flood Victims

WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports Governor Cuomo is asking President Obama for more money and is waiving some fees for storm victims who lost key documents in the floods.

Karen explains the Governor's reasoning behind his requests for more flexibility in federal aid and she reports on the creation of a temporary jobs program for unemployed New Yorkers to work on flood clean up and rebuilding.
