Cuomo Announces $4.4 Billion High Tech Investment

Governor Cuomo says $4.4 billion dollars will be invested in high tech chip fabrication plants across upstate New York, and he predicts it will bring nearly 7000 jobs.

WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports the nanotech centers will be spread across upstate New York including Canandaigua.
