2011 Voice of the Voter Poll

The 2011 Voice of the Voter poll shows Republicans with leads in the races for Monroe County Executive and District Attorney and voters' continuing concerns about the economy.

Republican Maggie Brooks leads Democrat Sandra Frankel 51% to 35% in their contest for Monroe County Executive. 13% of voters say they are still undecided.

Republican Bill Taylor leads Democrat Sandra Doorley 40% to 31% in the race for Monroe County District Attorney. There are still 29% of undecided voters in this race.

The poll of 500 likely voters was conducted between October 17-19. You can see the full poll results below.

Voice of the Voter is a collaboration among WXXI Public Broadcasting, 13WHAM-TV, the Democrat and Chronicle and WDKX. It is funded through a grant by the Community Foundation.
