Major Announcement on Future of Midtown

Rochester Mayor Tom Richards, Senator Chuck Schumer and Windstream CEO Jeffrey Gardner announced the company will lease the first two floors of the Seneca Building.

Windstream is the company in the midst of purchasing PAETEC. The Seneca Building is part of the Midtown complex that was not torn down in the recent "Midtown Rising" project.
