Cuomo, Legislative Leaders Reach Deal to Change State Tax Code

WXXI Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports there is a deal in Albany to change the tax structure in New York State.

Karen reports the deal raises taxes on the wealthiest New Yorkers and is expected to generate and additional $2 billion in revenues for the state.
