Wow! What a Great Group of Volunteers!

Wow, nearly 20 people have called to be trained as docents! Thanks to all of you who called and spoke to Judy Cutaia.
 
Peggy Hall and I are reviewing the training manual to make sure it is all up to date. We should be done soon. The training session is a 2 or 3 hour session that is held here at WXXI in one of the conference room. I plan on sending out some preliminary information to all of you so that you have a heads up on what we will be covering. After the initial training session, we will schedule a special tour for the new docents so they can walk through with all of the department personnel available to answer questions and fill us all in on any details not in the training session.
 
It looks like the training date will be in early May with the special tour to be held either the same day or the same week.
 
You will be receiving updates on the training date(s) and course contents over the next week or two.
