Host Bob Smith talks with Robert Stone, director American Experience’s “The 1930s."

On Wednesday, October 28 at 12 noon on AM1370/HD91.5-2, Director Robert Stone joins 1370 Connection host Bob Smith on the line to discuss his current American Masters series, The 1930's, a five-part series that examines the political and cultural life of America during one of history’s most tumultuous decades. Part two of the series, entitled Civilian Conservation Corps, airs Monday, November 2 at 9 p.m. on WXXI-TV.

 In the second hour, Smith presents a progress report on the campaign to make Rochester's homes lead-safe. His guests will include: Joan Roby Davison, Ralph Spezio, Dr. David Broadbent.
