Martha Stewart's Cooking School

(Rochester, New York) -- WXXI-TV viewers no longer have to scramble to come up with the perfect egg. Emmy®-winning TV host, author and founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Martha Stewart makes sure of that in the premiere episode of season two of Martha Stewart’s Cooking School on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 1 p.m. on WXXI-TV.

In just 30 minutes, this new weekly teaching series inspired by Martha’s eponymous best-selling book will provide American home cooks with a culinary master class. By illustrating the building blocks of recipes, “Martha Stewart’s Cooking School” simplifies cooking methods everyone should know (from roasting to poaching to braising and blanching). Martha will instruct viewers each step of the way; from selecting the very best ingredients and making simple stocks to flawlessly pan sautéing a whole fish.
