Backstage Pass with the Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival

(Rochester, New York) – WXXI's Julia Figueras welcomes musicians from the Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival and Artistic Music Director Richard Auldon Clark in studio for music and conversation about this year’s festival. Backstage Pass with the Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival airs Friday, June 20, 2014 at 1 p.m. on Classical 91.5.

The Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival is the brainchild of Richard Auldon Clark and is made up of members of the Manhattan Chamber Orchestra. The festival features various concerts throughout the summer.  The Manhattan Chamber Orchestra, based in Manhattan in New York City, performs music of all genres with a special focus on contemporary music by American composers.

This episode of Backstage Pass will repeat on Classical 91.5 on Sunday, June 22 at 1 p.m. Backstage Pass is a monthly live performance program that gives listeners the backstage experience of meeting local and visiting artist.
