WXXI Public Broadcasting Council recognizes the importance of online privacy to visitors to WXXI does not collect personally-identifying information from the WXXI website unless you choose to provide that information to us. All of the information collected by WXXI on the website is used for internal purposes only and is not distributed to other outside parties.

Email Communications:

WXXI regularly sends email Newsletters and membership correspondence to those who share their email addresses with us with information about WXXI programs, news and information, membership or volunteer opportunities. If you do not wish to receive any email from WXXI, please contact the WXXI Membership office by calling (585) 258-0200 or follow the instructions at the bottom of the newsletter. We will make your change as soon as possible. 

List Exchange Policy

WXXI uses shared lists to maximize the benefits it can provide through other local non-profit arts organizations. Your name and basic contact information may be exchanged for consideration with select organizations for a one-time use only. These organizations may attempt to contact you to promote a product or service that they offer. Such contacts from third parties will only be made with WXXI's consent, and WXXI will only grant its consent when WXXI considers the offer to be of potential interest and benefit to our members. No information will be shared about members' giving history. 

WXXI will not share, exchange, rent, or sell any of its lists to political parties or candidates for political office.
